Yen Lu Industrial Park is located in Yen Lu Commune, Yen Dung District, Bac Giang Province with a total land area of 377ha. The IP is next to and has an infrastructure system to connect with Yen Lu Industrial Cluster (located on National Road No. 17) that was built synchronously.
In 2022, Capella Land will focus on completing all necessary legal procedures to conduct land clearance and build the synchronous infrastructure to meet the production and business needs of enterprises in the IP.

-Yen Lu Industrial Park has an ideal location and transportation system. The IP is located on National Road No. 17 which is convenient to connect to Noi Bai International Airport, Hai Phong International Seaport and the center of big cities such as Hanoi, Bac Ninh, Bac Giang through National Road No. 1A and National Road No. 18.
– Advantage of labor resource: The distance from Yen Lu IP to the center of Bac Giang city is 15km, to the center of Bac Ninh city is 18km. It is also adjacent to several neighboring provinces that have an abundant labor resource. Currently, the population of Bac Giang is around 1.9 million people. To be more specific, the population of Yen Dung District is 200,000, and the total population of neighboring provinces is 5.6 million people (the working-age population accounts for 60% of the total population). This is considered an advantage when it is possible to shorten the training process. Furthermore, although the distance from the Yen Dung District to Bac Ninh city is only 7km, the Labor cost in Yen Dung is only in minimum salary zone 3 instead of zone 2 like other neighboring industrial parks.

The infrastructure of Yen Lu Industrial Parl will be synchronized and connected to the completed infrastructure of Nham Son – Yen Lu Industrial Cluster. The IP will rapidly build infrastructure and level the land lot to meet the standard of investors.
TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM
The transportation system of Yen Lu Industrial Park is modernly and synchronously invested with main roads of 46m m and branch roads of 20.5 m – 28 m.
ELECTRICITY SYSTEM
A 110/22kV power substation is installed in Yen Lu IP with the capacity of 3x68MVA that fully meets the electricity demand of factories in the IP.
WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM
A water supply system is installed running along the internal road of the IP. The water supply plant with a total capacity is expected to reach 30,000 m3/day.
WATER DRAINAGE SYSTEM
The industrial park arranges two separate rainwater and wastewater drainage systems. The water drainage system is installed along the roads in the IP.
WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT
The capacity of the wastewater treatment plant is 12.000m3 day and night, ensuring the treatment reaches level A parameters according to QCVN 40-2011 issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, specified environment.
