– Quyết định số 2086/QĐ-UBND ngày 23/6/2025 của Uỷ ban nhân dân tỉnh Quảng Trị về việc Quyết định chấp thuận chủ trương đầu tư đồng thời chấp thuận nhà đầu tư đối với dự án Khu công nghiệp Capella Quảng Trị và Công ty cổ phần Capella Quảng Trị (Công ty con của Capella Land để thực hiện dự án);

– Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp số 3200731475 do Phòng đăng ký kinh doanh Sở Tài chính tỉnh Quảng Trị cấp lần đầu ngày 30/6/2022 và đăng ký thay đổi lần thứ 2 ngày 10/9/2025

2. PROJECT LOCATION

Located along the East-West Economic Corridor within the Southeastern Economic Zone of Quang Tri Province, the industrial park enjoys excellent connnectivity to Dong Hoi Airport, Quang Tri Airport, Phu Bai Airport, Da Nang Airport, My Thuy International Seaport, Hon La Port, Vung Ang Deep-Sea Port, and border gates. The site is situated on naturaly high ground, ensuring it is not affected by flooding.
